The House is located in Villasimius, near a town called "Sa Conca Arrubia", in a very exclusive place surrounded by hills with the beautiful overall view of the protected seaside of "Capo Carbonara".
The House is built in the middle of the sardinian countryside, characterized by the typical mediterranean woods: you will enjoy the parfums of myrtle, arbutus, oleaster, and genista trees.
PERMANENCE. The strategic position of the house gives the possibility to spend unforgettable summer holidays, allowing you to reach trekking paths easily. Moreover, horse stables are nearby: you can go horse riding too! Thanks to the absence of light pollution it is possible to see the Milky Way.
Lodge
The main apartment has got a large living-room, kitchen, 3 restrooms and 3 twin bedrooms air-conditioned. The other two apartments, placed in a lower level, have both their own living-room with kitchen, three twin bedrooms and 1 restroom.
In the middle of a surface of 13 square kilometers, entirely covered by gardens, flowers and woods, it is built the house, made in 2008, decorated in every single detail. Main apartment is provided with : large living-room/kitchen/open-space with a big fireplace, a dining-room provided with a fridge,dishwashing machine,burners,micro-wave oven, coffee machine; three twin bedrooms, one of them provided with an internal restroom. Each restroom is provided with shower. The entire house is air-conditioned and free WI-FI. The house is also provided with large sliding window doors, which allows you to admire the beautiful panorama.Each window door will lead to many well-furnished terraces and to an outside livingroom provided with large sofas, dining-tables, one handbasin and a barbecue.
It is also available a laundry corner provided with washing-machine and washbasin, and an outside shower.
bedrooms
Each bedroom is provided with one twin bed plus one single bed, guests will be accurately accommodated depending on their preferences. With a spirit of cooperation, in a climate of friendship, we'll guarantee a pleasing vacation to everyone in the residence.
Cleaning and laundries are included in the price once per week.
For the adventurous ones it is possible to sleep in tents or sleeping bags outdoor in the gardens or under the porches.
The location
Meanwhile, in the freetime...
The house is safe, silent, well isolated, and the green areas are available for more than 13 square kilometer. You can walk around, run, sing, dance and even scream out loud in complete freedom!
Time will be managed quite regularly, even though there will be many moments where anyone can decide to spend some time alone, or to go shopping.
Seaside is only 2km away from the hill where our house is located. We're gonna reach by car the beautiful beaches around.
But you can always stay at home if you prefer.
